ESTABLISHED in 1990 Hyatt Construction specializes in Civil Construction working in the Puget Sound area. We are a General Contractor and specialize in the development of Subdivisions, Commercial Sites, and Underground Utilities. We provide Land Clearing and Excavation, Sewer, Water, Storm and Fire Line construction, Road Building and General Site Development as well as Project Management depending upon the needs of our customers.
SERVICES
Subdivision Construction
We provide complete turn key services for Plat Construction from Logging, Demolition, Clearing and Grading, to Underground Utilities, Road Building, through Concrete and Paving work including Underground Detention Vaults, and Retaining Wall Construction, as well as Site Lighting and Landscape.
Construction Planning & Management
Our experience and expertise makes us excellent Construction Manager for our clients who do not have in house resources or who prefer to outsource this work. We provide in house Agtek services for site design and earthwork balancing, as well as feasibility budgeting.
Commercial Construction
We provide complete site development for Commercial Construction projects including Erosion Control, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading, Underground Utilities, Underground Fire Line, Foundation Excavation, Finish Grading, and Crushed Rock Surfacing.
ABOUT
Hyatt Construction was founded in 1990 by a third generation contractor, Regan Hyatt. We take pride in the quality of our work, as well as efficiency.
We are an Owner Operated company and have a unique opportunity to create efficiency in the projects we do, and therefore control costs. We provide a level of quality control that only an owner operation can, and continually exceed the expectations of our customers and inspectors.
We offer value and field engineering, as well a project management whether we are acting as a prime contractor or as a subcontractor in conjunction with the prime.

From feasibility through final plat we continually evaluate and mitigate risk to the customer and the project. From detailed plan checking, in house earthwork modeling, field engineering, and the attention to detail on the job that prevents engineering oversights from becoming catastrophic change orders, we are as invested in a clean and efficient project as our customer.
